CAHOKIAN
EARLY TO LATE MISSISSIPIAN TIME PERIOD 900 AD

This is an artistic representation of a triangular point. Variations included unnotched to multiple notches. Serrated point to unserrated point. It is named for the large Cahokia mounds near St. Louis, MO. So many varieties exist that it often has different names in different areas. I have used the Cahokian name.
